4. X.X.X: minimum unit 1kHz; value range 1kHz~150kHz.
e.g. Frequency displays 100 represents 100Hz; displays 1.01 represents 1.01kHz;
displays 54.1 represents 54.1kHz; displays 1.2.4 represents 124kHz
