They vary a little. Some phones look newer while others may have some light scratches. No ugly phones. Protective Plastic covering has been removed from the face of most of the phones. Packaging, inside the box, may not be complete and may have been replaced with bubblewrap. Polycom box may have marks, marker and/or pen writing, or brown paper tape on it. All phones are configured for testing, tested, cleaned, and repackaged prior to shipment. The SoundPoint IP 321 is a premium, four-line, SIP desktop phone with a Backlit, easy-to-read LCD with support of Asian characters and Polycom HD Voice Technology. It is PoE (Power over Ethernet) enabled but power supplies are available at an additional charge if your network does not support PoE. This SoundPoint IP 321 will be complete with Quick Start Guide, PoE phone, handset, stand, handset cord, and CAT5 cable.

This Polycom SoundPoint 321 phone will be packaged professionally. Each component will be individually protected from damage with original packaging material or/and a foam bag, bubble bag, or bubblewrap. Components will not be allowed to shift inside the package. There will be a minimum of 2 inches protecting each component from the exterior of the box. This system will come with a 90 day warranty, provided by GAVX, to replace components that fail. We have experienced technical staff available to assist you with installation support and user training if necessary.
We are a Polycom certified reseller for IP phones currently being manufactured by Polycom. We also sell Polycom IP phones brand new. GAVX No Remorse Upgrade Option: If you purchase this system and decide that it works well but want a new model, you may trade the Polycom you purchase from us used, at full purchase value, toward a new Polycom at any time within the first 90 days.

Polycom SoundPoint IP 321 phone is a 2-line desktop phone with a backlit, easy-to-read LCD (liquid crystal display). The SoundPoint IP 321 phone has a single 10/100 Ethernet port and is designed for common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and break rooms, as well as various wall-mounted deployments. The IP 321 has remote, zero-touch provisioning with support of a variety of servers, as well as and built-in XML microbrowser.
Polycom SoundPoint IP 321 connects directly to your Ethernet LAN connection provided you have a compatible VoIP switch of your own or you are subscribed to a compatible hosted VoIP service. Most hosted VoIP services are compatible with Polycom because Polycom led the market to VoIP and is still a market leader in IP telephony. Polycom phones are compatible with Asterisk based switches and Broadsoft among others. Asterisk is an Open Source VoIP telephone system developed by Digium and thousands of freelance programmers. Digium's Switchvox is one of hundreds of switches derived from Asterisk. Broadsoft is a switch used by many of the world's largest Internet and Communications Service Providers.
