New - These were as pictured in some anti-static bubble wrap never opened. I have no idea what type of chip they even are.I bought an interesting sale lot recently. It had a number of random electronic parts in it. From what I can tell I\'m thinking it is from an estate sale and ended up at an sale. I\'m thinking the person was some type of engineer for Medtronic which is a fairly big medical device maker/employer in MN.Check out the Electronic Components category of my store over the next several days for more chips and other parts...
