NO INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Returned itemsmust be in the same condition as they were shipped. Returns for defective items are accepted within 14 days of receipt. We will exchange the unit or provide a refund if a replacement unit is not available. Shipping costs for returned items that are not defective are the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. Please contact us for an RMA number before shipping anything back as well as provide tracking information. All unauthorized or non-defective returns (example: wrong part ordered; wrong quantity ordered) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
