This large vacuum pump was removed from a university chemistry lab as surplus to requirements.
The lab manager informed us that from his memory they were running when last used, but hasn't used them in several years as they are too big for their current users.
At our site we have been unable to test the unit because we do not have a 3-phase supply.
Overall, I would anticipate that the units require a full service, oil change, new seals etc, but I wouldn't expect anything much more significant than that. IF the unit requires further work, we would be happy to discuss covering the costs of this or if the unit has serious faults we would cover the costs of return postage and offer a refund (within the UK).
