We received these in large bulk. We do not have the ability to thoroughly test these units but are able to sell for a large amount off retail price.
We do power on units are make sure unit at least is stable enough to be used. We do not have instructions for use.
Comes with power cable, but that\'s it.
Shipping Terms:We ship within 3 business days and follow all Federal Holidays.
Boxes Used:We reuse many boxes and will do our best to cover markings. We use a variety of tapes.
Packaging:We do our best to package items carefully.
