No external circuits arerequired for RF impedance matching, thus reducingcomponent costs and making it easy to incorporatethe device into new designs.The AWL6153 is manufactured using an advancedInGaP HBT technology that offers state-of-the-artreliability, temperature stability and ruggedness. It isoffered in a 4 mm x 4 mm x 1.4 mm surface mountmodule optimized for a 50Ω system.
